It functions as a high-integration urban framework where finance, culture, lifestyle, and energy are seamlessly coordinated.

Beneath the surface, the “Da Vinci X Net-Zero Vertical Bio-Farm” delivers fully automated, AI-managed agriculture powered by renewable energy. Using precision climate control, hydroponics, aquaponics, and LED lighting, it produces year-round food and aquaculture output while minimizing land use and costs. Complementary functions include education, agro-tourism, and research, reinforcing the city’s sustainability mission.

The Abu Dhabi government has allocated 35 million sqm of land in Al Haffar and secured USD 8 billion in long-term financing through Emirates Development Bank, underscoring its commitment to sustainable urban ecosystems.
