Located in a desert landscape, the X Smart City and Bio Farm Project, aims to create a dynamic, net zero smart city and bio farms, spreading over more than 1.2 billion square meters of land near the Red Sea in Jeddah, alongside a 30 square kilometer maritime area, and an intelligent bio farm over 2.5 million square meters of land in Riyadh. It is designed to foster a comprehensive ecosystem that includes residential areas, educational institutions, commercial spaces, and agritourism attractions.
